Kay Bailey

Kay Bailey founded Fiber of Her Being, LLC (www.FiberofHerBeing.com) to create quilted art that would have an impact on people's lives.  Using ink-jet transfers and other printing techniques, she specializes in personalized quilts and wall hangings for couples and families.  Before returning to her childhood love of art and sewing, Kay worked as a lawyer and in the international development field, promoting democracy and empowerment in developing countries abroad.  Kay now lives and works in Arlington, Virginia.
